MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION UPDATE
Dear Members,
Registered operators by district
01 — The problem
Across the country, small operators run hotspots from shops, salons and trading centres. They buy bandwidth, maintain equipment and sell data in small bundles to people the big networks overlook.
But each one works alone. When bandwidth prices change, when equipment fails, when regulation shifts, there is no list of who is affected and no single place to hear from them.
02 — What this is
The Connectivity Project keeps a simple, verified register of hotspot operators. Every registered operator gets a unique identity tag that they can use to confirm their membership.
Through the register we share updates, organise around common problems and represent operators as a group when it matters.

03 — Our goals
Build the first reliable register of hotspot operators in all of Uganda's districts.
Use our combined numbers to get fairer bandwidth and equipment prices than any operator could alone.
Pass on practical knowledge on pricing, equipment and reliability from operators who have solved the same problems.
Represent operators in conversations with regulators, providers and local government.
04 — How it works
Answer five short questions. It takes about two minutes on a phone.
You receive a unique identity tag, like TCP-7KQ4M9, and a member card to save.
Follow announcements on the Updates page and check your registration at any time.
